Disputes that require settlement in court, whether based on criminal, civil and/or state administrative law, where legal assistance is provided since the power of attorney is drawn up and signed.
Based on the provisions of the procedural law in court, both in the Reglement Op de Burgeijke Rechts Vordering (RV), the Civil Code and/or Burgerlijk Wetboek (BW), the Criminal Procedure Code and/or other regulations as relevant to the legal regime, then at least there is a requirement to file a lawsuit which contains the reasons for the lawsuit (fundamentum petendi or posita), claims or petitums and claims of a subsidiary or substitute.
