LEGAL CONSULTATION AND OPINION
Assistance is provided in every client's business needs, including negotiating with second parties and/or other third parties, such as but not limited to:
Assistance in the preparation of the client's business cooperation plan;
Acting as the “Recipient of Authorization” who represents the interests of the client in managing, taking, holding meetings with other parties, as well as appearing before the authorized officials at the relevant agencies;
Doing documentation (filling) of client legality documents (legal entities) such as deed of establishment, deed of amendment including decree regarding ratification or receipt of notification from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as all client permits, both basic and operational permits.
Legal opinions are given to clients in the form of legal memorandums which are compiled and printed in accordance with the rules of legal scholarship, both juridically (laws and regulations) and/or non-juridically (intellectual or legal habits), can also be done orally through meetings, conversations through telecommunications facilities, including electronic mail correspondence (email).
